It only takes an hour and can save many lives

I started donating blood when I was in my late teenage years, living in Wellington. In those days things were done with a paper booklet to record your donations. 25+ years later and I'm still donating blood multiple times a year. It's my way of giving back to society, giving someone something they desperately need. It only takes an hour of my time each donation and it can save so many lives.
