How do I book a group donation?

To book an appointment for a small group please get in touch at least 2-4 weeks before you want to donate. We can work together to find one or more blood donation appointments that suits your group.

How many donors in our team can come at one time?

We stagger your group’s appointments to ensure that group donation doesn’t impact on your organisation’s core business. This also ensures that each donor receives our full attention. Typically we accommodate 5-8 donors at any one time, but this depends on the size of the Donor Centre or mobile blood drive.

Can we spread the donation group over a month if we have a large number of staff?

Yes, no problem at all. Just remember that each donor can only give whole blood once every 12 weeks, so factor this in when planning the next group visit.

Can we have multiple Team Red groups in our company?

Absolutely! Companies can have Team Red groups for different locations or business areas. We can tell you your company’s total donations as well as each group’s tally.

Do you do pick ups and drop offs?

Yes! We offer a free pickup and drop off service at your nearest blood donation centre or blood drive. If you have a larger team (80+) who are eligible to donate, we could even run a mobile blood drive on your site for extra convenient life-saving.
