Why Lena donates regularly

My parents used to take my brother and I along when they donated blood when we were children, and so it's been part of my life for a long time. My dad has now given over 50 donations. I first donated when a blood drive came to my high school, and have been giving when possible over the last 10 years. It feels good to know I can help so many people with no little effort on my part - all it takes is an hour.
