Charlotte's donor story

When I was a kid my dad would constantly give blood, quite often I'd come with him. I saw my dad giving, even though he didn't have much, he gave the one thing he did have, his blood. I told myself then & there I was going to be like that. Unless I had an illness I would give what I could. Help some random soul out there stay alive in the body they've been given. As soon as I turned 16 I made an appointment after school and made my mum pick me up later. I love asking people if they give or not, if on their licence they've ticked the donate box. Always curious.
