Shirley's donor story

I decided to give blood about in around the 2000, when a workmate said she was going to do it in the Town Hall and asked if I wanted to come. When I was at school, mainly primary, I had minor epilepsy and it was sometimes triggered by injections (probably because I stopped breathing when we were outside the staff room waiting for our turn). So I thought it would be a good thing to get over and started on the deep breathing, concentrating etc and its been great! So thank you, wish I'd started earlier.
