Ann's donor story

As a youth I suffered from horrendous nose bleeds that lasted for over an hour. Thus leaving me very tired afterwards. My GP suggested that I donate blood. Long story short - nose bleeds stopped and I could play sport and work without fear of being sent off or docked pay. Over 50 donations to date and it's humbling to think that 30 minutes of your time every 3 months can be such a lifesaving measure. Donating is easy and simple as. Absolutely nothing to be feared. Just do it. It could be your family or friends life that you could be saving.
