Diane's close to 100 donations

On Thursday 14th June 2018 I hope to give my 100th blood donation. Ironically I find this to be World Blood Donors Day and I will be quite disappointed to not be able to give on that day for any reason.

I will be 72 on the 15th June and the 100th donation will be my present to me for my birthday!

I received a letter after my first donation to advise that it had gone to a baby and I still have that letter. That seemed so special and was good encouragement to continue.

I have donated in UK many years ago, Australia many years ago but mostly in New Zealand over the past 40 odd years.

Donate people - do some good!!
