Plasmapheresis - Donate plasma

Plasmapheresis donor criteria:

• Aged 18 years or over
• Weigh at least 50 kgs
• Have donated blood at least once in the last two years with good flow and no adverse reactions
• Blood groups: O+, A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+ and AB-.

Benefits

Donating plasma by apheresis enables a larger volume to be collected than from one whole blood donation. This is valuable as it helps meet the demand for products made from plasma.
